His distinguished career has also encompassed notable establishments like NTUC Income, OUE, Bonvest Group, Amara Holdings, and CP Group. In particular, he spearheaded the inception of Queensbay Mall, the longest and largest mall in Penang. He co-founded Aptitude Real Estate Advisory, significantly contributing to marketing endeavours for projects such as Bugis+, Kallang Leisure Park, Suntec City, Millenia Walk, Djitsun Malls, and many more. His influence extended to roles as Asset Manager managing Herencia at Kim Yam Road and 10 Winstedt Road, an SLA property.
